India Islamic Cultural Centre

India Islamic Cultural Centre is a Delhi based auditorium build to promote mutual understanding and amity amongst the people of India and to depict the true face of Islam. The IICC also provides a forum where scholars from all fields of learning can interact with each other to promote brotherhood, companionship, harmony and goodwill amongst the various cultural and spiritual groups in India and also to strive for a peaceful co-existence. The Centre organizes talks, discussions, seminars and other literary programmes in which scholars and leaders of culture and different thoughts, from India and abroad participates. IICC is an important hub of culture. Beside literary programmes IICC also organize cultural programmes sham -e – ghazal , qawwali, sufi sangeet , dance, drama and theatre on varied subjects and themes.

IICC celebrate all festivals including Diwali, Holi, Eid, Guru Nanak Birthday and Christmas to fulfil the basic aim of the Centre and promote understanding amongst people of different religions and help the cause of National Integration. It also promotes young talents by encouraging children to participate on different subjects. This also exposes young minds to the talents they are well versed with. Besides the auditorium in Delhi organizes personality development programmes such as painting competition, Chotey Ustad in music etc for school children. Membership of the IICC is granted to an individual who is a citizen of the Republic of India and he or she has attained the age of 21 yrs. Membership will be awarded to the respective individual as per the terms & conditions set forth by the Centre. If an individual fails to meet the guidelines or terms & conditions; membership may be declined. The 32 X 24 ft auditorium can accommodate 300 persons in one go. India Islamic Cultural Centre has become a Hub of Social, Cultural & Educational activities and to address these auspicious events, the eminent personalities of the country pay visit to the Centre. With time it has evolves as an important cultural centre working on the Islamic principles of tolerant, liberal, progressive, rational and forward looking. Ever since its inception, it has been a focus of communal harmony welcoming people of all creed, caste and colour to participate in their varied programs.
